GUARANTEED SATISFACTION

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Cambria Bicycle Outfitter, you may return it for replacement, exchange, or refund. The product must be unused/uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging. Installed parts will not be accepted for return/exchange (unless it is a warranty issue) Returns are not allowed on videos, food, closeout parts, or custom orders.

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE

CBO's combination of selection and price are the best in the cycling industry. If you do find a nationally advertised competitor with a lower price, we will match the price if at all possible. Some closeouts are priced lower than our cost, and we may not be able to match "Come and Go" competitors who advertise but do not stock. No need to mention names, but if you've had any dealings with them, you know who they are.

WARRANTIES

CBO extends each Manufacturer's Warranty to the original purchaser for original merchandise only. Manufacturers' policies and procedures may vary; freight in both directions is not covered. Call us for specific instructions if you have a product you believe merits warranty return.

For questions about Bikes, Bike Parts, Previously Placed Orders, Billing Questions or other inquiries, please call our customer service line at 805-927-5510 between the hours of 8-7 Mon-Fri, or 10-5 on Sat, Pacific Time. To track an existing order, we will need the name and phone number of the person who placed the order. For billing questions, please have your invoice handy when you call.

CBO's RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Cambria Bicycle Outfitter we do our absolute best to get your order to you complete, undamaged, and 100% correct! If a mistake has been made regarding your purchase (incorrect item or missing item), please observe the following procedure: Call us or use your My Account/‘Questions/Returns/Price Smash’ to obtain a RA# from a customer service representative, and then please return to:

The RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.

Custom special order items, food products, videos, or close-out items cannot be returned. Labor charges are not refundable on purchases involving custom wheel or bike assembly. Make certain you have made a intelligent purchase decision. Please use our sales staff to help you make these decisions wisely.

All returns for refund, exchange, or replacement must be returned within 30 days in an unused and or uninstalled condition. Please use and include all the original manufacturer's packaging and your receipt or other proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise for other than Authorized Warranty.

All returns must be shipped pre-paid; we do not accept CODs or send call tags. BUT, if we were at fault, we will happily refund your actual ground shipping costs (not including handling, packaging or other fees). Overnight, 2nd Day or other premium shipping options are not reimbursable, so ship ground.

You may return any item within 30 days for a refund, as long as it's unused/uninstalled and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be applied, except in case of shipping error. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check.

You may also return items for exchange, provided they are unused/uninstalled and in original packaging. If there is a price difference in your exchange, you may use a credit card or money order. You may also return an item for store credit to be held for a future purchase from Cambria Bicycle Outfitter. If the exchange is not the result of an error on our part, normal shipping charges apply. Your RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE USA

We offer many options for world-wide shipping. These are only the most common methods.

  • Parcel Post Air / 1-3 week delivery / This method is more expensive. It has a $400.00 - $600.00 insurance limit depending upon the destination country. It is not easily traceable. We recommend this service only for orders under 10 pounds and under $400.00 in value.
  • Expediters International / 4-8 day delivery / This service is fully traceable, and is a great value for fast delivery. The order must be picked up at your nearest international airport. It is not door to door delivery. This service is only recommended for large items such as wheels, framesets, and complete bicycles.
  • FedEx International Express / 2-4 day delivery / This is the service we recommend for most international ordering. It is fast, reliable, and traceable every step of the way.

Special Shipping Options - Canada:

  • Parcel Post Air / 1-2 week delivery / This is the least expensive method we offer to Canada. However larger items (over 84 inches (length + girth)) such as wheels, framesets, and complete bicycles must be shipped UPS or FedEx due to postal size limitations. If you are interested in having your package shipped this way, please contact a customer service representative at 805-927-5510.
  • UPS Ground / 1- 1.5 week delivery / This method is slightly more expensive and slightly faster than Parcel Post Air. It is also much more easily traceable. It is the least expensive method available for oversized items such as wheels, framesets, and complete bicycles.
  • FedEx Express Air / 2-4 day delivery / This is a faster method and much more expensive than UPS Ground or Parcel Post Air. In-stock orders placed on Monday should be delivered by Friday

Important Notes:

  • Customs and Duties: There is generally a customs charge and/or V.A.T. (import tax) charged by the destination country for international shipments. It it usually between 15% and 30% of the shipment value. UPS generally charges very high brokerage fees. CBO in no way controls or profits from these charges. Contact your local customs/commerce department or the shipper for exact rates.
  • If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs, duties and return shipping charges will be billed to you by CBO, Inc. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.
  • When ordering large items such as wheels, framesets, or complete bicycles, you may often add smaller parts to the order with no additional charge for shipping. This is because shipping is charged by size and not strictly by weight.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Should a shipment arrive damaged or incomplete, please protest to the delivery person and file an immediate claim with the shipper. To file a claim, a representative of the agency must inspect the package in its original condition. Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping company, not CBO. Ordering and Payment

WORLDWIDE ORDERING

We specialize in world-wide export ordering. You can reach us by phone 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. Pacific Standard/Daylight Time. This is approximately 6 P.M. to 3 A.M. in Europe, and approximately 1 A.M. to 10 A.M. in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Republic of Korea. Our phone number is 805-927-5510. Our 24-hour fax number is 805-927-5174. You must dial the appropriate international codes first.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All items are sold in U.S. dollars. Telephone or fax orders must be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, or Access Card). You will need to include card account number (always 13 or 16 digits), card expiration date (month/year), and cardholders name & signature. If the credit card bill is received at an address other than the shipping address, you must include both with your order. For mailed in orders payment must be by bank check or money order in U.S. dollars or credit card following the procedures listed above. Please do not send personal or business checks. Make checks payable to Cambria Bicycle Outfitter. Be sure to include complete descriptions, quantities, and prices for all items ordered. Include a complete address and phone and/or fax number (very important).

Email

Cambria Bicycle Outfitter has embraced using e-mail for more than 15 years and has found problems with it that are sometimes beyond our control. CBO sends thousands of e-mails a day and because of this some e-mail filters will place our e-mails in a "junk mail" folder even though it is not. Online services like Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, and Gmail are known to do this more often then others. Our system sends an e-mail out at time of order and at time of shipment with a tracking number. We also respond to EVERY e-mail that is sent to us in a timely manor (normally 24 hours at the most). E-mail is not a perfect system and some problems with it are outside of our control. If you feel your CBO e-mails are not being answered, please check with your provider about these problems or call us at 888-937-4331 to see if we can assist you.

The email address of customers who opt-in to our newsletter will not be shared or sold. CBO values your time and privacy! You can opt-out from receiving our newsletters at any time. All promotional email you receive will contain an opt-out link in the footer.
